Intellectual Property Rights
All content hosted on SSUC digital portals—including university crests, brand identity elements, academic curricula, course outlines, research material, text, images, and layout designs—is the intellectual property of Sub-Saharan University College unless otherwise noted.
Enrolled students are granted a non-exclusive license to view, download, and print educational materials solely for personal, non-commercial academic study.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of SSUC logos, software, or courseware without explicit written permission from the Academic Council is prohibited.
Admissions & Academic Data Accuracy
Applicants and students submitting information via online registration portals or degree application forms guarantee that all submitted credentials, certificates, and personal details are complete, authentic, and accurate.
SSUC reserves the right to cancel admission, withhold examination results, or revoke registration if any submitted records are found to be fraudulent, misleading, or falsified.
Limitation of Liability & Services
While SSUC strives to ensure uninterrupted access to its web portals and student services, the university does not guarantee that site operations will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted due to technical maintenance, network outages, or unforeseen external disruptions.
